Who reads it
The Casefile is new (first issue October 2026), and we don't publish audience numbers we can't back up. Instead, every sponsor gets the real send, open, and click numbers for their issue afterward. What we can tell you is what the publication covers, and that shapes who signs up:
- Operators and support leaders comparing deployments of Fin, Agentforce, Sierra, Decagon and others, with outcome numbers quoted exactly as sources report them.
- Sales, SDR and RevOps teams looking at prospecting agents, call-note capture and CRM automation.
- Healthcare and MedTech commercial teams: device and pharma reps, patient-access leaders, and health-system buyers (about 40% of the casefile).
Placements
| Placement | Where | Format |
|---|---|---|
| Primary sponsor | Weekly email, near the top | Logo, ~100 words, one link. Labeled “Sponsored.” |
| Classified | Weekly email, near the end | ~40 words, one link. Labeled “Sponsored.” |
| Casefile: MedTech slot | MedTech section of the email | For healthcare and MedTech vendors. Labeled “Sponsored.” |
Founding pricing applies to any of these: first placement free, then $99/issue through March 2027.
Editorial policy (non-negotiable)
- Sponsors never influence which cases are published, how they are graded, or where they rank.
- Sponsored placements are always labeled “Sponsored” at the placement itself.
- A sponsor's own deployments are graded by the same rubric as everyone else's. Any sponsored case carries
sponsored: truein the public data and is excluded from rankings. - Some tool links on the site may be affiliate links. They are marked
rel="sponsored", disclosed next to the link, recorded in the publicaffiliatefield, and never affect grades. See tools. - Healthcare ads must not promote off-label use or make unsupported efficacy claims. We may decline any ad.
